ROCKFORD – Local residents with questions or concerns on issues impacting the State of Illinois are invited to attend either of two upcoming Town Hall meetings held by State Rep. Joe Sosnowski (R-Rockford) this month. Both town hall meetings are free and open to the public:
Tuesday, September 13, 2016
8:00 am to 9:00 am
The Dairy Bean
13561 Julie Drive
Poplar Grove, IL 61065
Wednesday, September 14, 2016
10:00 am to 11:00 am
Four Seasons Mobile Home Park (community room in main office)
700 W Chrysler Drive
Belvidere, IL 61008
“Town Hall meetings are a valuable way for me to listen to the needs and concerns of local residents firsthand,” Rep. Sosnowski said. “There is a lot at stake when the Illinois House returns to session in Springfield this fall in terms of the budget, state spending, taxes, and the investments we make in education, public safety and many other areas. I encourage everyone who has questions, comments or concerns to come make their voice heard at my town hall meeting.”
Constituents who are unable to attend the town hall meetings but still wish to provide feedback to Rep. Sosnowski can do so online by visiting www.joesosnowski.org and clicking “Contact” on the homepage menu, or by calling the District Office in Rockford at (815) 547-3436.
