The House Energy and Environment Committee is scheduled again today at 4:00 pm and is expected to take up Democrats’ attempt to lock Illinois in with California’s radical emission standards. More than 3,700 witness slips were filed in opposition to this bad bill ahead of the last scheduled hearing in February.
