State Representative Joe Sosnowski kicked off his Capitol Classroom Program with homeschoolers from Rockford Hallstrom. The program gives students the opportunity to get a firsthand experience in state government. Rep. Sosnowski discussed his role as a legislator and updated the students about Governor Rauner’s “Turnaround Agenda”.
