Governor Rauner spoke earlier today in Rockford highlighting the need for a comprehensive balanced budget for Illinois. Springfield leaders have continued for too long to ignore the need for reforms to grow our economy, support education, and promote jobs. It’s time for Springfield leadership to stop trying to tax the state into prosperity, and begin working together to help grow Illinois.
