Doty Park’s newest attraction the Splash Pad opened today. With help from Representative Sosnowski, the Belvidere Park District was able to secure funding through a legislative grant and used the funds to create an aquatic playground for kids.
“The Splash Pad adds value and entertainment for the families of Belvidere,” said State Representative Joe Sosnowski. He added, “The kids are going to love it.”
