Rep. Sosnowski Participates in Groundbreaking for South Beloit Road Project

Rep. Joe Sosnowski participated in Monday’s groundbreaking ceremony in South Beloit at the intersection of Oak Grove Avenue and Blackhawk Boulevard for a construction project which will include storm sewer work, installation of traffic lights and other work to improve access to the road for local business growth. The city has been awarded a grant from the Illinois Department of Transportation, as well about $200,000 from Winnebago County to help pay for the project.
