State Representative Joe Sosnowski, R-Rockford, issued the following statement in response to Governor JB Pritzker’s Budget Address delivered from the Old State Capitol today:
“I’m glad that the Governor has finally recognized that taxes are too high in Illinois, but a one-year only tax reduction as a gimmick to get re-elected is a slap in the face to all families and taxpayers in Illinois.”
Representative Sosnowski serves the 69th District which includes portions of Winnebago and Boone Counties.
