Rep. Joe Sosnowski’s entry in this year’s “Scarecrows on Parade” sponsored by the Friends of the Cherry Valley Public Library features “The Phantom of the Opera”, perfectly fitting the contest’s optional theme of “Musicals”. You can see the Phantom and all the other competition entries along E State Street in Cherry Valley through October 27.
The Phantom of the Opera is scarecrow #18. You can VOTE for your favorite scarecrow at the library and selected downtown locations until Noon on Thursday, October 27. The cost to vote is $1. You can vote an unlimited number of times. Vote for The Phantom of the Opera! (#18).
All proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Cherry Valley Public Library.
Winners will be announced at the village’s Halloween Parade on October 29 at 4:00pm.
