Rep. Joe Sosnowski attended the ribbon-cutting and grand opening of Victory Pickleball on Tuesday in Loves Park, officially welcoming the largest pickleball facility in the state to the Rockford area. Victory has 15 courts with reservation times, an arcade, and food and beverages for in between sets.
