Unclaimed Property Day with the Illinois Treasurer’s Office

Stop by the Marengo-Union Library District on October 5 between 1-5PM to check the State Treasurer’s office database and see if some of $3.5 billion in unclaimed property or cash is yours! The State holds these lost funds until they are claimed by either the original owner or their heirs. Property is returned at no cost with the proper identification.
